- We have 2 stages of payment installments, 50% advance at the time of making bookings, and the remaining 50% at the day when your last event will be ended. Please note that it is our policy that we provide every photograph and video on Clients' hard drives or USB.
- Initial deposit has to be paid at the time of confirmation and will be nonrefundable on any cancelation.
- Patanwala Studio 53 holds all the rights to use all Your photos and videos for promotional purposes on social media.
- A meet-up session with the bride /groom is preferred before the event date to discuss their ideas about the shoot and the event.
- We request the clients to be on time for better photography.
- Meetings are set by appointment only.
- In outstation events we will charge additional Amounts for Accommodation and traveling of the team.
- For couple portraits, we need a 1-hour minimum to do the photo/video properly, as the quality of work can be affected if we are not given the required time.
- Photo editing is only done to an extent that they remain natural, we don't over-process.
- Zero tolerance for misbehavior. If any of your guests misbehave with any of our team members and it is your knowledge, we have the right to leave the event without any consequences.
- Our team will be at the venue from 6:30 PM till 12:30 AM and after that additional charges will be added.
- We will prefer to have 1 contact person from the family for any kind of communication regarding the event to avoid any inconvenience and misunderstandings.
- The duration of a Cinematic long video can be 10 to 40 minutes, but it varies depends on the event that happened.
- Patanwala Studio 53 holds no responsibility if your data is corrupted by any person or by God's act.
- In case of a home-based event, our crew will leave the premises after 12:00 AM.
- In case of having them stayed late additional charges will be added.
